Master's Thesis Law and Technology

Description

The Master Law & Technology is concluded with a thesis. In their thesis, the students have to prove that they are able to select relevant information, lucidly describe and analyse relevant issues and questions, and pose creative solutions thereto based on the weighing of pertinent arguments and interests. The Master’s degree will be obtained after a public defense of the Master’s thesis. By following the trajectory, students are supported in working on their thesis in a structured manner, in order to finish it on time. Obligatory lectures with assignments are offered to develop and improve the students' ability to formulate a strong research question, to structure an introduction, to choose and report methodology, and to write a discussion. Students starting in September follow the trajectory until June of the following year. Students starting in January follow the trajectory until December of the same year.
